In addition to normal retail operations, several Out of the Closet Thrift Stores offer free HIV testing and counseling in a private area of each store.
For more information about the Out of the Closet Testing program, please call your local OTC and ask to speak to a counselor.
Tests are performed by certified testing counselors, using the most advanced testing technology and test results are ready in 20 minutes or less.
There is no more paperwork to fill out, and you can use our Touch Screens or iPads to complete your test!
We recommend that anyone who is sexually active, uses IV drugs, or has had exposure to HIV, get tested every six months.
Get tested whether you are married, in a monogamous relationship, or participate in casual sex.
Our friendly, knowledgeable Counselors are on site to provide HIV prevention counseling and testing on. Services are free of charge with no appointment necessary. Of course, donations are always gratefully accepted.
